Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds

Products are eligible for return only if a damaged or wrong product is received. Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund. The customer must provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the damaged or wrong product received. Upon verification, a full payment refund will be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
